BOOKING POLICIES

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No refunds are provided
If you experience retention issues within 48 hours, please contact us for a possible touch-up at our discretion.
Refills must be booked within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment.
You must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining to qualify for a refill.
If too many lashes are lost, a full set will be required instead of a refill.
If you have any eye infections, irritation, or recent cosmetic procedures, please wait until you are fully healed before booking.
We do not perform services on clients with active infections, eye conditions, or those with severe allergies to lash adhesives.
We may take before-and-after photos for promotional use. If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please let us know before your appointment.
